What is Eviana’s Cancellation Policy?
At Evianaa we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are not applicable to Premium or customized items adjusted according to your measurements. For assistance or queries, please contact us at ………or call us at……….
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel the order, do contact our customer care executive at ………….. Or on +91…… Please note that you can only cancel the order before they are packed in our warehouses.
When will I receive my refund after cancellation
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the source account within 5-7 business days.
Wallet and store credits refunds will reflect within 24 hours.
If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery, no refund will be processed as payment hasn’t been made yet.
For payments made with an Eviana Gift Card, the refund amount will be added to your Eviana Store Credits within 24 hours. Any excess amount paid will be refunded to the source account as per the specified timeline.
