How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by login into your Evianaa account and navigating to the “My Orders” section. Here, you’ll find real-time updates on your order status.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. You may, however, cancel the order before it is packed and place a new one.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will be requiring an opening video and accordingly will assist you with a return or exchange.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our shipping partner’s website.
Can I expedite my order processing?
At the moment, we do not offer expedited processing. However, we ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible.
